Employees were efficient and amiable!

The location was favourable and incredible, adjacent to the center of Lyon and restaurants around the area and easily accessible. There was Sapori di Casa, located nearby, where we relaxed.

perfect and clean hotel, fantastic and great location in the villeurbanne area. exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control in the room. above average breakfast selection for all tastes with yoghurt and cheeses, for example.

The location was awesome, right in the center of a bustling area 😊. the classic twin room we booked was spacious, luxurious, and located on a non-smoking floor. the service was top-notch, plus they have on-site parking available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and tram, as well as suburbs and supermarkets. the room was spacious and stylish, equipped with amenities like hair dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets. the staff were extremely helpful.

The rooms we had were a nice size and with very comfortable bed, good soundproofing, large TV. Hotel’s breakfast was above average with cheeses and yoghurt, for example and could satisfy any taste.

I absolutely loved the hotel's elegant decor and ambiance. The common areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with well-lit hallways and easy-to-navigate corridors. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist me with any inquiries, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only small drawback I experienced during my stay was the lack of grab bars in the bathroom. As a senior, I would have appreciated having some additional support in the shower area for added safety.

We had avery nice room and the breakfast was very good the only disappiontment that we were charged 15 euros for city tax but in our booking statement no city tax had to be paid! otherwise we enjoy our stay! Dinni ng out was good and cheap even in old part of Lyon.

The really large room with terrace, the immediate access of underground , the proximity of the heart of ancient Lyon with metro.

The unfriendlyness in the morning when I asked for a simply boiled egg as I have an allergy on fried eggs on butter basics - you have to imagine that the buffet is to be paid extra. Last but not least I got my egg, with quite a lot of arguments.

The hotel provides a great service. The units are luxurious and bright on a non-smoking level. The property offers above average meal in the morning with cheeses and yoghurt.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Lyon Centre Charpennes for a conference and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby bike rack. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. I was pleasantly surprised by the free tea and coffee facilities in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was within walking distance of Parc de la Tête d'Or.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

My room was facing the street. Therefore, it sometimes was a bit noisy during the night. Room cleaning service could improve a little bit.

The location in a busy area was good, with a shopping mall and supermarket nearby. It was also only a 20-minute walk from downtown. the restaurant on the Mezzanine floor was excellent.

Comfortable and convenient stay near Lyon University. Close to T1 train for easy access to downtown. The room was small but adequate, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was efficient and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Free WiFi worked fine. Room to the back side was quiet. Close to metro and tram T1.
